How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend submitting your order inquiry at least 48–72 hours in advance. Larger events and grazing tables may require additional notice depending on guest count and availability.
Are your boards made fresh?

Absolutely. Every board is made fresh to order using carefully selected ingredients and seasonal elements. For the best quality and freshness, we recommend enjoying your grazing board within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Please keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Do you offer custom grazing tables or boards?

Yes! We love creating customized grazing experiences tailored to your event, guest count, and aesthetic.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all grazing tables and large event bookings. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate adjustments whenever possible.
Grazing Boards
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date are eligible for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup date are non-refundable.
Grazing Tables & Large Events
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all grazing tables and event bookings.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Are You Licensed & Insured?

Yes. We proudly operate in accordance with all local and state food safety regulations in South Carolina. Garden & Graze is fully licensed and insured, operates from a commercial kitchen in North Charleston that is inspected annually by SCDA, and holds a ServSafe Manager Certification to ensure safe food handling and preparation standards.
Pickup & Delivery

Pickup
Pickup is available in the North Charleston area by scheduled appointment only. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive exact pickup details and instructions.
Local Delivery
Delivery is available at no additional cost for customers in the Ravenel, Hollywood, Meggett, and Edisto areas upon request, as we are locally based in the region and happy to extend complimentary delivery to our nearby community.
Standard Delivery
We are pleased to offer delivery throughout Charleston and the surrounding areas.
Delivery fees, when applicable, are determined based on the delivery location, order size, and event logistics. Any delivery charges will be communicated and approved prior to order confirmation.

Allergy & Dietary Restrictions

We’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies whenever possible. Please let us know your needs in advance so we can do our best to assist you.
Please be aware that our kitchen does handle common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, meats, and other ingredients that may cause sensitivities.. While we take care to follow safe handling practices and reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment—especially for guests with severe allergies.

How much food should I order?
The amount you need depends on your guest count, event duration, and whether the grazing display will be served as an appetizer, light meal, or main food offering.
We're happy to help determine the best option for your event and can provide recommendations based on your guest count, event type, and overall menu. Simply include these details in your inquiry, and we'll guide you toward the perfect selection.
Can I choose specific cheeses, meats, or ingredients?

We thoughtfully curate our grazing boards and tables using a variety of premium meats, cheeses, seasonal produce, and artisan pairings based on quality, freshness, and availability.
If you have favorite cheeses, charcuterie selections, or specific ingredients you'd like included, we're happy to accommodate requests whenever possible. Specialty items and custom ingredient requests may be subject to an additional fee based on availability and market pricing.
